This scholarship was founded in 1990 to assist single parents to complete a post-secondary educatuoin like college.When applying for this scholarship you must live in Arkansas, graduated from high school or have a GED.You must be a resident of the county you are applying in, and have an income at or near the poverty level and haven’t received a baccalaureate degree.
