November 23, 2009 FORSYTH COUNTY – The District Nine American Legion has announced the annual High School Oratorical Scholarship Program for 2010 to be held in Indianapolis April 9-11, open to high school students less than twenty years old and attending a public, religious, military, private or a state accredited home school.
