What Are The Best Organizations And Clubs To Join That Receive Scholarship And Grant $$ For College?

If you’re going to be a freshman studying food science, then I’d join IFT. It seems like it’s not so competitive if you’re an incoming freshman.

I guess it depends on what you’re majoring in (or thinking about majoring in). Whatever it is, find the professional organizations in that field and see what scholarships they have available. Like for food science, IFT (Institue of Food Technologists) gives out scholarships, AACC (American Association of Cereal Chemists) does also, and probably other associations like AOCS (Oil Chemists), food microbiologists, nutrition, food engineering organizations have scholarships available, too.
