   As long as you are enrolled full time and are a US citizen, you are guaranteed a loan. You will have to fill out a FAFSA form.

   Apply for graduate loans at http://fafsa.ed.gov (this is a federal appliation and good at most schools, you can list up to ten on the applicaiton). You do not have to have good credit and you will not need a cosigner for federal loans.

   Since this is a federal application, most of the approved schools are in the US. You might find one that is located elsewhere, or find a school in the US that has a study abroad program…

   This is not an application for scholarships. You would have to locate each one of those seperately. You will prob have best luck getting a scholarship from the school you attend, but most grad school scholarships aren’t awarded until after you are admitted to the school and are accepted into the program.
