Scholarship Grant For College Students?

I want to start a fund that will give out a yearly scholarship to a college student to help them start their own business. How can I do this under Non-Profit guidelines and can I get gov’t grant funding?
You can’t get government grant funding to use for you to give a college a grant…. the government has it’s own grant programs for many things including business and education. You will have to come up with the money some other way. You first need to have the college approve your grant and it’s qualifications etc. and it needs to be administered by someone. it also must be registered with the government for tax purposes etc. I suggest you start by speaking with someone who handles the disbursement of grants for the college I doubt that you as an individual will be qualified to administer the fund. for non-profit etc banks often handle the funds
