This is for a scholarship. Both parents information is required and my parents are divorced. My Dad doesn’t want to give away his information and refuses to do so. I only live with my mom and my dad supports me only through means of child support.

It says in the scholarship text "Whether parents are married or divored, financial information for both is required"

What am I supposed to do if my Dad won’t give me his information?

Give your dad the tuition bill when you don’t get the scholarship. That will motivate him.
